We prefer payment via PayPal.
We accept all the major credit cards via PayPal.
We will accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks, and Personal Checks, and your order will ship upon clearing our bank.
This seldom happens, but If the package you receive from us appears to be damaged in anyway, you should tell the carrier/parcel service of its condition right away.
If you don't report it, there isn't much that we can do to help you
from our end of the transaction. We want to help, but once our product
leaves us to be delivered to you...we lose control of handling and
time. Again, we want to help.

Sanatec is a registered trade name of Compression Polymers CorporationOn Mar-15-09 at 07:51:50 PDT, seller added the following information:IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REGARDING REDUCED PACKAGING/HANDLING CHARGES:
I have (effective March 15, 2009) REDUCED my packaging charge to a range of $0.99 to $5.25/shipment (including multi-board orders). These charges vary depending upon the size of the board...smaller ones, taking less material and time vs. the larger ones that take more time and materials. There is no bump-up charge for multiple board orders.
I sell a wide array of different sized boards, all the way from 5" x 9" up to 33" x 93"....with weights from 1 pound to 60 pounds, and that is just for single boards.... Because I offer over three hundred sizes...I don't have a few consistent sizes, for which I can purchase a supply of standard sized boxes into which I can plunk aboard, close the box, and seal it. Knowing this, please keep in mind every order I ship is basically a customized package.
In some cases I have added USPS for the smaller packages, which I thought gave customers an "Option".
What I have experienced is that USPS has taken over 18 days to deliver boards to customers. At about ten days they get antsy (I don't really blame them) about "Where's my Board." At which point I replace the "in limbo board" at my complete expense (USPS can only tell the customer that they have it and that they have delivered it...not where it is in between). Only to have the first board show up, after the second has arrived...at this point I can't make a claim at USPS because they "delivered it." Thus, my preferred carrier is UPS...we can track the package every step of the way..they do what they say and they do it for the most part on time and consistently.
